Hello, and welcome to a place where words nourish even more than bread and every day we do the best we can—even when that means making mistakes and falling flat on our faces.

Every day, God teaches me a lot about patience, about humility, about love, and about how to treasure every moment with the people I care about. Often, He teaches me through my work. As a Speech Therapist, I have seen my patients and their families suffer bravely, persevere, and find joy even in difficult circumstances.

I plan to update this website once a month. When I have information to share for patients, families, and providers, I will post those in the Speech Therapy tab. (Email me your questions so I can learn what you want to know!)

Here in the blog, I will write about moments when words have given me hope—whether in the clinic, the chapel, or anywhere else.
